Minimum wage increased

As of January 1st 2015 New Brunswick minimum wage has been increased to 10:30 per hour. This is a 30 cent raise increase, and is the first increase since April, 2012. Every employee in New Brunswick who is paid a salary, by commission, or hourly are entitled to receive at minimum this amount per hour. The increase was made to stimulate the economy by higher consumer spending and to help families by making living more affordable.
