How to Order

There are several ways that you can order PLEIS-NB publications:

You can order on-line from our website by clicking on the “Order Now” link found at the top of most publications. Complete and submit your order and it will come to us via email.
You can print the Publications Order Form (PDF [243 kb] format) from our website and then fax or mail it to us. Our contact information is on the form.
You can call us at 506-453-5369 and tell us the names of the materials that you wish to order.

Rules and Policies for Ordering

Most PLEIS publications are available free of charge for a single copy. You can order more than one publication. Publications for which we charge are fee are indicated on the Order Form.
If your organization wishes to order large quantities of publications, there may be charges. We can provide you, free of charge on an annual basis, with up to 50 copies of each of the publications that do not have quantity limitations or a fee, as our resources permit.
Organizations wishing to order more than 50 copies of each publication annually will be charged $0.50 per publication ordered over the maximum. We will invoice you for your order. We do not charge tax.
Certain publications and toolkits are available in limited quantities. The limitations are set out on the Order Form. You can contact us to discuss purchasing larger quantities of toolkits.
We charge a fee for some of our larger self-help guides such as Doing Your Own Divorce and Applying for Custody, Access and Support. You must send in a separate order form for these guides accompanied by a cheque or money order. The amount charged is on the Order Form.
We fill orders as soon as possible and send them out in the mail. For larger orders, be advised that PLEIS may need a few weeks to gather the materials because our inventory is in storage and must be shipped over to us.
We do not charge a shipping and handling fee. However, if you are having an event and you wish to have us expedite your order by courier or other means, you must cover these costs yourself.
Some categories of law on our website include a section called ‘Other Resources’ with links to related law information materials published by others such as federal or provincial governments. You can not order these materials from PLEIS-NB.
